Pet Wellness
How lucky are the pets and their senior owners to get a special visit from sophomore veterinary medicine students from the University of Minnesota. The students come armed with lots of knowledge, love for animals, compassion for our elderly neighbors and are anxious to put their skills to good use. Home visits are arranged in the fall to check on the health of the pets and to offer assistance in their care. While our seniors love it, the pets are not quite so sure it is a good thing!
