Are you 65 or older and wonder about staying in your home?  We can help by:

• Providing information on a wide variety of community services available to seniors
• Our volunteers are trained to assist seniors
• Our home health aides are state certified
• Our registered nurses have specialized training in public health and geriatrics

Services are billed to Medicare, Medicaid and insurance as appropriate.  All other costs are adjusted on a sliding fee scale and are supplemented by funds raised by the North East South Como Block Nurse Program.
